A building's long-term safety, value, and performance depend far more on how well it is maintained after handover than on how well it was designed, which is why structured Maintenance practice is central to every facility's success. This training course gives participants a complete, practical grounding in building maintenance management and facility lifecycle engineering, connecting day-to-day maintenance decisions directly to real asset performance and value outcomes over time.
