Human rights are the group of rights that each individual possesses without regard to their Nationality, Ethnicity, Color, Religion, and Gender. These rights are defined as human & universal, not subject to any specific actions, and guaranteed to all people, just because they are human. It covers a large variety of rights, for example, the right of freedom, equality before the law, freedom of speech, freedom of movement, the right to form associations & groups, the right of dignity & wellbeing, and the right to work.
The concept of Human Rights has undergone various stages of development at the international level since 1942, since the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, drafted by the former Commission of Human Rights, which was adopted by the General Assembly of United Nations.
